Warm Therapy
Microwave for 30 seconds with a cup of water.
If additional warmth is needed, heat in 15-second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Always test temperature before use.
Do not overheat.
 
Cool Therapy
Place inside a sealed bag and store in the freezer.
Provides gentle cooling relief for up to 30 minutes.
